Around 4 pm when we are feeling a bit tired and just need to take five minutes to re-charge you will often find at least one of us in The Zen Room. Just taking that time away from the office and our screens to relax in the sumptuous chair listening to the Buddha style music makes you feel so regenerated and fully ready to come back with a clear mind. Having this new office in a stylish, modern and fresh surrounding has made us increase our productivity which has resulted in some excellent work ideas which we’ve put into practice.
Things are going well for THE 8TH AVENUE, we have a wonderful team and equally wonderful clients and landlords.  I cannot tell you how impressed we are with our new office location at Ealing Cross.  When we need extra space or a different location for client meetings, we nip out and use The Dock Club. Having such a luxurious space just down the corridor is so convenient with the added perks of unlimited Espresso coffee and filtered water. The team and I are huge fans of The Zen Room.

Our offices  spot-on approach in today’s business times where mobility and flexibility with a home-comfort value are all necessary factors in today’s world of business.

Tenant  fee for non-Assured Assured non-Assured Shorthold Tenancies / non-Licences£189.00 (NO VAT) and an drawing up an agreement (AST) fee £120.00 (NO VAT)  will be paid per tenancy (unless agreed different) These are one off fees and is to contribute towards the setting up of the tenancy, collating references (identity, immigration and visa confirmation (undertaking Right to Rent checks ) , financial credit checks, obtaining references from current or previous employers / landlords and any other relevant information to assess affordability) , credit checks (if applicable), drawing up of tenancy agreements. Processing the application, associated paperwork as well as contract negotiation (amending and agreeing terms) and arranging the tenancy and signing of the tenancy agreement, organising the check-in and general administration before the tenancy commences. ​
