These apartments are housed within seven Victorian buildings on Draycott Place and Sloane Avenue. Under a ten minute walk from both Sloane Avenue and Kings Road, these apartments are encircled by designer shops and a number of restaurants and trendy bars. Sloane Square tube station is just a five minute walk away.
All of the apartment buildings house a combination of studio and one bedroom apartments. Each has a fully equipped kitchen, and the majority also have a washer/dryer.
The living area of each apartment features a flat screen TV with Freeview, a DVD player and an MP3 plug-in facility. Free wireless internet access is included throughout the stay.
Apartments are allocated on arrival and each building, although on the same street, varies slightly. Some apartments have free access to communal laundry facilities rather than a washer/dryer, and some have no lift access.

The terms and conditions of changing a confirmed reservation at this particular property are:
  • 14 days' notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days' notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days' notice has been given and a charge of 9 nights will therefore apply (14 days - 5 days' notice given = 9 night charge).
  • This policy also applies to in-house guests should a stay need to be shortened.
