This is a one-off fees and is to contribute towards the setting up of the tenancy, collating references. Processing the application, associated paperwork as well as contract negotiation (amending and agreeing terms) and arranging the tenancy, drawing up a tenancy agreement and signing of the tenancy agreement. Organizing the check-in and general administration before the tenancy commences. ​
